Online Training is a great alternative to personal training. Through training online, I can design your workout program and track your progress along the way. All programs are individualized to your specific goals and current physical condition. These are not random pre-made programs that you can find anywhere on the internet. Through online training, I will create fitness and cardio programs and track your progress along the way. By monitoring your results I will be able to change and adjust your program over time to ensure you get the best possible results. When you login, you will see your own personal training calender. Click on the picture below to view an example. By clicking on certain days in your calender, you will be able to view individualized workout plans. Your program will include video links to the exercises as well as full descriptions to make sure you perform the exercise with proper form. Click on the picture below to view an example.
